Prizes
Overview
Prizes are awarded at the end of the Contest as follows:
Grand Prize for the Perfect Draft
In order for the Grand Prize to be awarded, an eligible finalist must correctly predict the first 32 players selected in the 2009 NFL draft in the exact order of selection, according to these Official Rules. In the event that no winning prediction is submitted by an eligible contestant according to these Official Rules, then the grand prize will not be awarded. In the event of a successful Grand Prize prediction by an eligible finalist, that finalist will be eligible to claim the Grand Prize subject to approval and verification of compliance with these Official Rules. The Grand Prize is a $10,000 cash. The Grand Prize winner is ineligible to win any Bonus Prize or Overall Prize.
Bonus Prize for the Almost-Perfect Draft
In order for the Bonus Prize to be awarded, an eligible finalist must correctly predict the first 25 players selected in the 2009 NFL draft in the exact order of selection, according to these Official Rules. In the event that no winning prediction is submitted by an eligible contestant according to these Official Rules, then the bonus prize will not be awarded. In the event of a successful Bonus Prize prediction by an eligible finalist, that finalist will be eligible to claim the Bonus Prize subject to approval and verification of compliance with these Official Rules. The Bonus Prize is $5,000 cash. The Bonus Prize winner is ineligible to win any Overall Prize.
Overall Prizes
Overall prizes will be awarded to the top 5 entries with the most total points as follows:

In the event of a tie for the Grand Prize, the Bonus Prize or for an Overall Prize, the winner is determined by which of the tied entries comes closest to predicting the total number of offensive linemen (offensive tackle (OT), offensive guard (OG), and center (C) positions) selected in Rounds 1 through 7 of the 2009 NFL draft without exceeding the correct answer. If all tied entries exceed the correct answer, the winners are determined by which of the tied entries comes closest to predicting the total number of offensive linemen selected in Rounds 1 through 7 of the 2009 NFL draft. If a tie still remains, the winner is determined by which of the tied entries comes closest to predicting the total number of wide receivers (WR) selected in Rounds 1 through 7 of the 2009 NFL draft without exceeding the correct answer. If all tied entries exceed the correct answer, the winners are determined by which of the tied entries comes closest to predicting the total number of wide receivers selected in Rounds 1 through 7 of the 2009 NFL draft. If a tie still remains, cash prizes are divided evenly among those who have tied, and a random draw is used to determine the winner of non-cash prizes.
